Since last year, we have written many articles about Ubuntu 24.04 "Noble Numbat" (click to view them all). Now, we planned to make a compilation of those in a periodical way i.e. tri-monthly like this. We hope this helps you to learn using Ubuntu for your daily computing better. We will start from downloads, install guide and a few important basics as you may see below. Now, here we go.

Download Ubuntu Noble

The first on this series is this one: compilation of download links of Ubuntu Desktop, Ubuntu Server and All Flavors 24.04 Noble Numbat altogether.  

 


Installation Guide


How to install Ubuntu Desktop to your PC or laptop safely and easily. You can do it in dualboot with Microsoft Windows or Apple MacOS (like what we did with Trisquel). You can also do it to your hard disk drive as well as external storage such as an empty USB flash drive (like what we did).

 



How to switch your repository mirror


An easy to follow tutorial, Step by step to change repository mirror to the nearest to your city. We explained both methods, via GUI (App Store) as well as Terminal (sudo nano). It is beneficial to help increase your download speed.
