Blogger.com (Blogspot) does not have chart editor. But you can insert chart to your post by using LibreOffice Calc to make chart as PNG image. You can make bar chart and pie chart, in 2D and 3D with Calc. With Calc, this is very easy, and this article shows the steps to do it.

This is about chart. Read previous article to create table on Blogger.com.
1. Create a Table
First, make a table in LibreOffice Calc. For example, see this comparison of distros' memory consumption.
2. Create a Chart
Select your table > go to menu Insert > Chart > press Next until you need to type chart info > Finish. See this comparison chart.
What you need to type is, for example, like this:
3. Export to PNG
Right-click your chart > Export as image > pick a file name like chart.png > OK. This produces a PNG picture of your chart.
To see the PNG image, check it with your file manager:
4. Upload Chart to Your Post
Go to your Blogger.com post editor and upload your chart there. See this example. Now you're ready to publish the chart!
