Checksums
Use command line sha256sum to reveal hash checksum value of your downloaded ISO and compare that value to this table. Use Ctrl+F on browser to find yours. If it's matched, then the ISO is safe, but if it's not matched, the ISO is broken and you can repair it with torrent without re-downloading from zero.
